The signature mark of The Tribute, beyond the incredible lake views, amenities, and trails, is the commitment to architectural excellence. The architectural styles were painstakingly designed to match home elevations with what best complimented the surrounding environment, and the rigorous architectural controls of the community ensure that every street and every home is unique. Not only does the architecture make the community a nicer place to live and play, but it also ensures that the property values only go up because the community is built to be diverse and lasting.
The Tribute currently builds homes in the following six styles:
(1) The English Cottage style features a hipped style roof with at least two gables or gabled dormers. Gables will have decorative vents or similar elements. Cast stone quoins and/or natural stone wainscot will be on the front façade of the house. Windows on this style will have stone lintels and window planting boxes. These homes will also boast a chimney with a decorative pot.
(2) The English Tudor style is highlighted with a gable-style roof and has at least two gables or gabled dormers.Areas above the eaves of the gables will have half timber with a herringbone or basket weave brick pattern infill. A stone wainscot, plus stone window surrounds, diamond pattern divided light windows and window planting boxes will be found on these homes. In addition to chimneys with paired decorative pots, a stone surround Tudor arch will be incorporated in the front entry of this style.
(3) The English Palladian style offers a hipped, gradually pitched roof with dentil molding between the soffit and the top of the wall. The core element of this style is the symmetry of the front façade. At least 40% of the exterior of these homes is composed of smooth cut stone with the remaining wall area allowed as brick or stucco. A chimney with paired decorative pots will be provided. Stone window surrounds, a smooth stone arch at the front entry, and copper gutters and downspouts complete these homes.
(4) The French Provincial style is formal with a hipped style roof featuring two gabled or arched dormers and a symmetrical front façade. At least 40% of the exterior of these homes will be composed of smooth cut stone, with the remaining wall area allowed as brick or stucco. Chimneys with paired decorative pots, stone quoins, and stone window surrounds are used, as well as a segmental arch in the main entry. A decorative frieze will be placed below roof eaves and copper gutters, and downspouts finish out the stately look.
(5) The French Country style has a hipped roof with flared eaves and at least two hipped or arched dormers. Cast stone quoins and/or natural stone wainscot will be on the front façade of this house. Stone window surrounds and window planting boxes will be featured in conjunction with a chimney with paired decorative clay pots. These homes will be highlighted with a turret emphasized by half timber and/or brick detailing, as well as a wrought iron Juliet balcony.
(6) The European Eclectic style includes a hipped-style roof with at least two gables or gabled dormers.
