The Tribute was designed for homeowners to find enjoyment in every single day. The peninsula is a golfer’s paradise, but non-golfers appreciate the clubhouses with onsite restaurants worthy of the fastidious gourmet (or the finicky 5-year-old) and find another outdoor retreat in the nature trails. Beautifully landscaped canals throughout the development offer stunning views while enjoying your morning coffee. A resort-style pool and a separate kids’ spray park with nearby playground offer residents either a relaxing or exciting day in the water with family.
With miles of winding, scenic hike and bike trails and hundreds of acres of wide open spaces, The Tribute was designed as a natural habitat made to endure, from this generation to the next.
For the WAVE MAKER
Lake Lewisville transforms The Tribute from a master-planned development into a natural haven. It’s remarkable that a community so convenient to major shopping and employment feels so removed from the fast pace of city life.
With water on three sides of the community, Tribute residents take lake living seriously. Whether it’s launching their kayak for a peaceful early morning getaway on water that’s smooth as glass, caravanning with neighbors to watch the sunset over the lake, witnessing a child catch their first fish, or enjoying a glass of wine while the water laps at the 10th hole behind the Old American carriage house – it’s these little moments that momentous memories.
What will lake living look like for you?
For the EAGLE EYE
There’s no telling just what kind of birds you’ll be able to spot at The Tribute. With so much natural habitat all around, the area is home to a wide variety of our feathered friends.
For the TRAILBLAZER
When is the last time you remember being fully engulfed in nature? Did you take in a deep breath of fresh air and listen to the stillness of it all? Perhaps you were on a vacation at one of our country’s National Parks?
Within the protected nature preserve areas of The Tribute, there’s no vacation required to experience that same feeling of being surrounded by nature’s wonder. It’s within moments of your home. Over ten miles of trails wind through the beauty of the peninsula – perfect for strolling, jogging, exploring or biking. Children can even learn about the local plants, animals and ecosystem from fun, educational signage found along the way. Fitness has never felt so good.
For the FISH OUT OF WATER
The resort-style pool is a great place to make a splash. It’s also a nice place to soak up the sun with a good book. The whole family will enjoy chilling out here together under the bright Texas sun.
For the FISH STORYTELLER
Whether you land a whopper or spin a tale about the one that got away, you’ll find plenty of great fishing at The Tribute. Lake Lewisville is home to largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, white bass and spectacular hybrid white/striped bass.
For the BARREL OF MONKEYS
Your little ones can climb, slide, hang out and have all kinds of fun at The Tribute. We’ve built playgrounds, and playscapes and common areas throughout the property. We're all about making sure there are plenty of places for kids to have a good time outside.
For the FOODIE
At the Old American Grille, celebrated chef Nick Baker prepares a revolving gourmet menu of culinary delights based on what’s growing in his garden behind the carriage house. Sourcing his own fresh local produce and meats, he creates innovative dishes fusing Southwestern, Texas and Americana cuisine.
For the BIRDIES & EAGLES
The Tribute is a golfer’s paradise with 36 holes of pure bliss. Lake views are included, but you have to provide your own big drives and straight putts.
Two of the Southwest’s premier golfing experiences, rich with history and golf mastery, are located on-site at The Tribute. The courses offer skillfully designed holes and incredible course cohesiveness which can be enjoyed even by the casual golfer. But for avid golfers and students of the game, the courses pay homage to great courses of the past and present difficult challenges in order to master each and every hole.
For the SOCIAL BUTTERFLY
What’s the one thing we consistently hear Tribute residents say over and over about why they love living here so much? It’s all about the remarkable friendships they’ve formed. And we hope we’ve had a little bit to do with that.
Our resident lifestyle director is dedicated to offering activities and events for everyone to enjoy. Looking for a large festival with food trucks, face painting and fireworks? We’ve got it. Want to have a night off from the kids at an adults-only luau? No problem. How about settling in for an outdoor movie? Sure thing! The ongoing events and clubs at The Tribute can keep you as social and busy as you want to be.
For the LITTLE SQUIRTS
Our spray park is a great way for kids to stay cool on warm summer days. With all kinds of water features, they can have a wonderful time getting wet.
For the ANIMAL LOVER
Soon, you’ll have a special place to play with your best friend. Our future dog park will be a perfect venue for owners and their pets to have fun together while meeting their neighbors.
For the BEACHCOMBER
Our upcoming Beach Club will be a source of endless fun and activity for everyone in the community. Set on the shores of Lake Lewisville, residents can take a refreshing splash in the infinity pool, relax in the shade of mature trees, grab a bite to eat from the snack bar or make their own picnic at the outdoor kitchen.
