Darling Homes to Enter The Tribute Fall 2014

(The Colony, TX) Matthews Southwest (www.matthewssouthwest.com) announced today that Darling Homes intends to acquire 32 lots in Phase II of The Glen, one of several villages within The Tribute Lakeside Golf & Resort, located in The Colony, Texas, which includes two world-class golf courses. Matthews Southwest will break ground on the lots this month and home sites will be available in fall of 2014.

Lot sizes begin at 75 X 130 feet with many cul de sacs and oversized lots. The Tribute is also extending its over five miles of hike and bike trails to the new village that will be within walking distance to The Glen home sites.
