Expected to open in the summer of 2026, the highly anticipated marina and lakeside park will introduce an exceptional waterfront experience to Tribute residents and visitors alike.

Operated by Suntex Marinas, the state-of-the-art marina facility will ultimately offer 801 boat slips, a marine store, boat club, boat sales, and a fuel dock, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience. Adjacent to the marina, the gated lakeside park will provide a native area for recreation and relaxation. Park visitors will enjoy sand volleyball, table tennis, bocce ball, horseshoes, picnic areas, and a special event lawn, along with parking and restrooms.
