Over ten miles of trails wind through the beauty of the peninsula – perfect for strolling, jogging, exploring or biking. Children can even learn about the local plants, animals and ecosystem from fun, educational signage found along the way. Fitness has never felt so good.

For the FISH OUT OF WATER

The resort-style pool is a great place to make a splash. It’s also a nice place to soak up the sun with a good book. The whole family will enjoy chilling out here together under the bright Texas sun.

Whether you land a whopper or spin a tale about the one that got away, you’ll find plenty of great fishing at The Tribute. Lake Lewisville is home to largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, white bass and spectacular hybrid white/striped bass.

Your little ones can climb, slide, hang out and have all kinds of fun at The Tribute. We’ve built playgrounds, and playscapes and common areas throughout the property. We're all about making sure there are plenty of places for kids to have a good time outside.

At the Old American Grille, celebrated chef Nick Baker prepares a revolving gourmet menu of culinary delights based on what’s growing in his garden behind the carriage house. Sourcing his own fresh local produce and meats, he creates innovative dishes fusing Southwestern, Texas and Americana cuisine.

For the BIRDIES & EAGLES

The Tribute is a golfer’s paradise with 36 holes of pure bliss. Lake views are included, but you have to provide your own big drives and straight putts.

Two of the Southwest’s premier golfing experiences, rich with history and golf mastery, are located on-site at The Tribute. The courses offer skillfully designed holes and incredible course cohesiveness which can be enjoyed even by the casual golfer. But for avid golfers and students of the game, the courses pay homage to great courses of the past and present difficult challenges in order to master each and every hole.

What’s the one thing we consistently hear Tribute residents say over and over about why they love living here so much? It’s all about the remarkable friendships they’ve formed. And we hope we’ve had a little bit to do with that.

Our resident lifestyle director is dedicated to offering activities and events for everyone to enjoy. Looking for a large festival with food trucks, face painting and fireworks? We’ve got it.
