The Tribute Announces Builders in New Village

Chelsea Green village to feature golf course lots and townhomes

 (The Colony, TX—February 17, 2023)  The Tribute, a 1,600-acre master-planned community located in The Colony, announced the builders for one of its last remaining residential villages. Chelsea Green village will introduce 147 townhomes offered by Grenadier Homes, as well as 17 single-family homes by current Tribute builders American Legend Homes and Britton Homes. The single-family homes will feature views of hole #1 of the Old American course at Golf Clubs at The Tribute. Village amenities, which will be available for use by all residents of The Tribute community, include a resort pool, playground and expansive dog park. Site work is expected to commence by the end of February 2023 with homes to start construction in the second quarter of 2024.

The Tribute is currently in the final phases of building single-family homes in its Westbury village from the $500s to over $1 million by builders American Legend Homes, Britton Homes and Perry Homes. At project completion, The Tribute will include approximately 3,000 homes comprised of single-family, townhomes, and proposed condominiums. A park and marina, as well as a hotel resort are also forecasted as anticipated future development in The Tribute.
