The Tribute Developer Announces New Hotel Coming Soon

Matthews Southwest Hospitality is pleased to announce the plan for development of The Tribute Hotel. Located immediately north of the existing Old American Clubhouse, the proposed 126-key resort hotel will include a specialty restaurant and lounge, state-of-the-art spa and fitness center with social lounge and game room, and a rooftop bar with expansive views of Lake Lewisville. In addition, the hotel will contain a 5,000 SF ballroom, additional meeting space, outdoor wedding venue, and hospitality suites for special events. Designed by Nunzio Marc Desantis Architects, the proposed resort hotel will deliver exceptional comfort and service to both guests and current local residents.
