Taylor Morrison Enters Dallas/Fort Worth Market with Lot Purchases in The Tribute

Taylor Morrison, a leading national builder and developer, is bringing its trusted home plans to the Dallas market with the recent purchase of lots in the The Tribute Lakeside Golf and Resort Community.

The builder, which recently ranked highest in trust in the Lifestory Research America’s Most Trusted™ 2016 Home Builder Study, closed on 549 lots in The Tribute.

Taylor Morrison plans to begin development in the second quarter of 2016, with a plan to open in early 2017. The new village in The Tribute will offer an active lifestyle community with single-level patio homes, lakefront views and a proposed lakefront amenity center.
